APEX STP, LLC provides a leadership development program designed to create “energizing, impactful leaders” (EILs).  The program give leaders a chance to reflect on their strengths and opportunities for growth and position themselves to make the most of their career. The tailored program includes learning concepts such as; strategic and system thinking; leadership style; positive presence; positive physical and virtual environment; collaborative leadership; building transcendent teams; and key actions (decision-making, negotiating conflict and change management. 

Participants in the Program will improve the quality of their leadership by increasing positive energy with their collaborators and teams. This results in higher levels of engagement, drive and motivation.  In addition, they will be clear about their purpose and deliver on strategic goals.
